If there is one thing that I believe about the leadership that I am exhibiting now and will exhibit in the future, it is that leaders are called to live publicly what most people live privately. We who have been entrusted with leadership must recognize that we lead with the way we conduct ourselves and our lives. Leadership is not something we do, rather it is something we are.
